
Please check before sending in your Zippo if your Zippo lighter is filled with enough lighter fluid and flints. Most of the time the malfunctions happen because of the lack of these consumable items. If your Zippo is still not working please follow our checklist:
1. Warranty check
Please check if your Zippo has still warranty.
Warranty times for the different Zippo products:
» Zippo windproof lighter - 30 years
» Zippo Blu - 30 years
» Zippo candle lighters (MPL) - 5 years
» Zippo watches - 2 years
The warranty is only valid for the function of Zippo products, not the external appearance or consumable products such as lighter fluid, flints, wicks, cotton and felt.
2. Sending-In
A. Please enclose a short description of what is wrong with your Zippo product unless not obviously apparent.
B. Use a secure wrapping, we suggest air-cushioned envelopes.
Make sure your that your mailing is sufficiently post stamped.
Zippo will take care of alll the return shipping costs.
C. Please include your mailing address and e-Mail address (for Updates on your repair status)

3. Duration of repair
Reparations can take up to 8 weeks.
