Zippo.de utilized two-tiered shipping rates depending on the weight and contents of your order.

Properly completed orders will be shipped according to the service guidelines listed below. Orders are properly completed after payment is obtained and shipping address is confirmed. In addition, Zippo reserves the right to hold any order for suspected fraud. Orders that cannot be properly completed will be cancelled and the customer will be notified via email.
Unfortunately we are unable to split ship orders to different addresses. We are happy to ship your order where you need it to go, but you will need to place a separate order for each address that you need items shipped to. Shipping and handling rates apply for each delivery address.
We are happy to ship to addresses within the Germany. We are unable to ship to international addresses. If you are outside of Germany, please visit the authorized Zippo retailer in your country.
Due to carrier shipping regulations, Zippo windproof lighters are shipped without lighter fluid. To use your Zippo lighter, fill with Zippo premium lighter fluid.
There are several products like: fuel, lighter fluid, and Classic and Slim lighter gift sets that must ship standard ground due to carrier restrictions. If you order other products within an order that includes one of these products, expedited shipping is not a valid option for shipping.
After payment is obtained, your order will be shipped from our distribution centre based on the content of your order as listed below.

Orders are shipped Monday - Friday only. We are closed bank holidays: New Year's Day, Easter and Christmas.
Zippo.de does not currently offer expedited shipping.
Customized products require 5-10 days for production. Your customized product and any other product in your order will ship as soon as it is available.
